First, open Pocket. Add the shortcut from the Pocket screen, not this information page. If it opens inside another app, choose Open in browser.

Tap Share → Add to Home Screen → Add. If offered, enable Open as Web App.
Android · Chrome
Open the menu → Install or Add to Home screen, then follow the prompts. This is an alternative to the Google Play app.
Already have an old shortcut? Remove it, open Pocket using the link above, then add a new shortcut. Removing a shortcut does not delete your Academy account or saved items.
Read selected public resources offline
While connected to the internet, open Pocket and go to Account → Offline public reading → Download reading pack.
Adding a shortcut does not download reading. Refresh the pack regularly; it is available for up to 30 days. Videos, courses, member tools and legislation references need internet.
